  • आसन और दिशा (Sitting Arragement): रोगी (बंधन ग्रसित व्यक्ति) को आसन पर बैठाएँ। उनका मुख पूर्व (East) या उत्तर (North) दिशा की तरफ होना चाहिए। आप स्वयं भी उनके सामने आसन पर बैठें।

  • चरण 1: चाकू सिद्ध करना (Activating the Knife): एक लोहे का चाकू लें। इस मंत्र को 7 बार पढ़कर उस चाकू को सिद्ध (activate) कर लें।

  • चरण 2: सीधी रेखाएँ खींचना (Drawing Vertical Lines): रोगी के सामने बैठकर, मंत्र पढ़ें और प्रत्येक मंत्र के अंत में उस चाकू से जमीन पर एक सीधी रेखा खींचें। ऐसा 7 बार मंत्र पढ़ते हुए 7 सीधी रेखाएँ खींचनी हैं।

  • चरण 4: फूंक मारना (Ritualistic Breath): सातों रेखाएँ काटने के बाद, उस बंधन ग्रसित व्यक्ति के ऊपर 7 बार फूंक (फूब) मारें।
