This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services and products purchased through our website.

1. Astrology & Consultation Services

Due to the nature of astrology and spiritual services:

• All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• If a technical issue occurs from our side and service is not delivered, we may reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.

2. Puja & Ritual Services

• Once a puja or ritual has been booked and initiated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• If cancellation is requested before the ritual process has started, refund approval will be at the sole discretion of management.

3. Digital Products (Reports, Kundli, Horoscope)

• All digital products are non-refundable once delivered via email or download link.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Refunds for physical products will only be considered:

• If the wrong item was delivered

• If the product is damaged during shipping

• If a request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Refund approval is subject to verification.

5. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

Kaivalya Astro World reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
