This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which bookings, services, and product orders may be canceled.

1. Astrology Consultation Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
If cancellation is approved before the time limit, the amount may be adjusted for a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
No-show appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Puja or ritual bookings can only be canceled before preparation or ritual arrangements have started.
Once the ritual process has begun, cancellation will not be allowed.
Any refund related to cancellation will be at the sole discretion of management.

Once work has started or the report has been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, approval will depend on the stage of preparation.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For shipped products, please refer to our Return Policy.

Approved cancellations may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on service stage.
Refund processing time is 7–10 business days.
Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
