This Return Policy applies only to physical products purchased through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item received is damaged

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return:

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

• Unboxing video or clear photos may be required for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used spiritual products

• Customized gemstones

• Energized or blessed items (Rudraksha, Yantra, etc.)

• Digital reports or consultation services

3. After approval, ship the item to the address provided

4. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

• It will be inspected

• If approved, refund or replacement will be initiated

• If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer
